Staying at Belleray Homestead will offer you many delightful experiences

Flexible arrangements can be accommodated as we are privately owned, and individual service and repeat custom is our aim.

Our Weekend prices start from $1050 per night for a minimum of 2-night stay.
Midweek stays from Sunday night to Thursday night is $800 per night.

Full week stays from Friday night to Saturday night are certainly available and tariffs can be provided on request.

Tariffs for Conferences should be discussed with the Accommodation Manager to help create the best experience possible. Specific items may need to be made available on your request.

Conditions of Reservation:

• Normal check-in time is 2pm - flexible subject to house availability.
• Late check out is available at 2pm on request.
• Linen is included in tariff.
• Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking with balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
• 4 weeks notice of cancellation is required. With less notice a refund of the deposit is available subject to being rebooked.
• Prices quoted are subject to change without notice until deposit is received.
• Please advise exact number of guests including all children. Bookings for Children under 12 cannot be accommodated.
• No private functions allowed without prior arrangement.
• A valid MasterCard or Visa Card number is required with final payment for security/bond purposes.
• Guests will be liable for any breakages or damages to the property and all costs of repair and replacement must be paid for.
• In the event that the property is not left clean and tidy, the guests will be liable for the cost of additional cleaning which will be charged without notice to the credit card provided at a rate of $40 per hour.
• No smoking inside.
• No pets, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• All tariffs quoted are GST inclusive.
